Software Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Greenline POS!

Product management at Greenline
Greenline's mission is to become a role model business for cannabis legalization in Canada and around the world. If you want to make a meaningful impact on a new industry through point-of-sale software, Greenline might be the place for you!

Our SaaS product is well-positioned (timing, feature, and team-wise) to succeed in the cannabis software market. 20% of private Canadian retailers use Greenline, with many more on the way. We're looking for curious, product-focused individuals to lead product growth.

Who you are

You are excited to define Greenline as a role model business for cannabis legalization.
You are an expert in the product, can put yourself in customers' shoes, and operate with empathy.
You know how to get the qualitative/quantitative data needed to make strategic, informed decisions.
Ability to communicate vision and strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with software developers
Experience scaling a product
Experience in UI/UX design
Bonus points

Software development experience
Knowledge of the legal cannabis industry
What your day could look like
Product management is a highly dynamic role, requiring lots of different hats and listening to many different stakeholders. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Meeting with business executives
Meeting with our technology teams
Meeting with our customer support teams
Talking with customers
Learning about Greenline
Learning about the cannabis industry
Learning about point-of-sale systems
Strategic product planning
Managing feature lifecycle processes
At the end of the day, we're looking for someone who understands our high-level objectives and is self-driven to produce results.
