Work with marketing team to develop monthly/quarterly campaigns and implement them. Manage our 5+ brand Instagram accounts and Facebook pages. Create and implement both Instagram feed and story content calendars. Work directly with our team of affiliate ambassadors to get them new product before launches and have them aligned with our overarching campaigns. Influencer management: influencer selection and project alignment with launches and campaigns.
Campaigns, Media and Planning 50% Create and manage an always-changing social media content calendars including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Community Management 40% Become an Ooze brand and product expert. Partner with Customer Experience, Brand, and Product Development teams on the development of customer service guidelines, FAQs, and pre-approved responses and processes to monitor, maintain, and strengthen client communications in line with the brand’s voice and personality.
