Sales Manager

We are an award-winning cannabis processor and grower based in Oklahoma City and expanding to Missouri! We pride ourselves in providing a top tier product at competitive pricing. Our sales footprint is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a charismatic and driven Sales Manager to be based in Missouri. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Sales Manager responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans, while overseeing the management of a sales team. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales Manager duties will include hitting monthly and annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends. The duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Achieve/exceed identified monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining compliance with DHSS rules and regulations Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our market penetration Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Actively engage with dispensaries to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations Understand category-specific landscapes and trends Set and monitor goals for sales staff Train and mentor sales staff Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Requirements: Prior cannabis sales experience preferred! Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization from staff to owners Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Proven ability to position products against competitors Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing customer-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skillset including but not limited to Excel BA/BS degree or equivalent Missouri resident age 21+
