Sales Manager

This position’s highest priority is to make sure that their team gives the best customer service while minimizing errors in the multi-step sales process. It is important to be able to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail. You will be expected to monitor your own sales and client relationships as well as those of your team. Strong multitasking skills are a must in order to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

Oversees the sales training process, updating SOPs and training documents as needed. Oversees production estimates and assigns them to upcoming orders. Oversees the preorder process and communicates with the general manager on changes to market conditions and strain demand. Looks out for overselling, production shortages, and other unplanned circumstances to create order contingencies when necessary. Makes judgment calls on any exceptions to Standard Sales Procedures. Works with the sales team to keep waitlist, CRM software, and marketing lists updated Create new ways to promote and market our product Oversees the order sheet and CRM software to ensure that each order is entered fully and correctly for their own clients as well as those of their team. Oversees that all paperwork for customers is collected entirely and filed appropriately You will also be responsible for a group of customers for which you will need to Take their orders and enter them on the order sheet/CRM Schedule delivery day and communicate with the Delivery Sheet Manager Create invoices when needed for your clients

Experience

Intermediate to advanced Excel/Sheets experience required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in planning and implementing sales strategies preferred. Experience in customer relationship management. Experience in working with a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dedication to providing great customer service.

Education

Education level: Associates / Bachelors Degree in business or related field preferred.
