Sales Administrator

HAL Extraction is looking for a full-time Sales Administrator to support our sales team and assist with key activities essential to advancing and completing sales. The Sales Admin will be responsible for updating and maintaining customer records, researching, and re-qualifying sales prospects, coordinating paperwork for new accounts, and other sales processes. We are looking for a hardworking and detail orientated individual who can take initiative and help contribute to the team's overall success. This position has growth potential within the sales department and is an opportunity to join the industry leader, in safety and compliance, in the cannabis and plant extraction industry.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team in maintaining accurate records, providing documentation to clients, and generating estimates.

  • Ensure lead and account information is updated in our CRM database and purge CRM of duplicate records and files.

  • Coordinate paperwork, contracts, and company information for newly acquired accounts.

  • Monitor scheduled ship dates to ensure timely delivery and communicate with clients issues related to shipping information and other key details.

  • Maintain accurate customer and company files on products and services such as pricing, cost increases, and new part numbers.

  • Provide client support by answering or referring inquiries to appropriate colleagues.

  • Research and identify potential customers in the cannabis industry.

  • Execute new configurations, changes, and updates to our CRM (Salesforce), including but not limited to: fields, validation rules, system permissions, automatic workflows, and process builders.

  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features.

  • All other job duties as assigned.

Working Environment

Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Friday – 8 hours/day

  • Golden, Colorado - Temporarily remote but will transition to at least part time in the office after COVID crisis is over.

  • Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year; Commensurate with Responsibilities and Experience.

  • BA/BS degree in communications, sales, marketing, business, or equivalent field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • 1 year + previous with Salesforce CRM Platform

  • 1 year + previous experience in sales administration, account management, customer service or similar role.

  • Preferred cannabis industry experience
