Sales Account Executive

Payroll Systems, LLC is looking for a dynamic sales associate to aggressively pursue all areas of the sales funnel in the billion-dollar SMB marketplace for not only the cannabis industry, but markets such as restaurants, medical offices, technology, non-profits, construction, etc. We offer payroll, HRIS, and benefits administration software & services to small businesses.

Responsibilities

B2B Sales:

  • Promote Payroll Systems suite of products to the cannabis market and other markets

• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals

• Quickly learn our HR & Payroll products and services to become proficient at demonstrating value propositions to the target market

• Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business

• Establish and maintain strong relationships, with both referral partners and external customers

• Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects and industry influencers

• Build network in person and via phone with key industry influencers and decision makers

• Utilize SalesForce CRM to plan and document all activities and maintain sales pipeline

Home/Remote office

Working Environment

This is a remote/home office position . Lots of telephone work, Emails, and Zoom meetings.

Experience

Some sales or customer facing role experience. Experience in a B2B role preferred.

Education

AA Degree 4 year college degree preferred
