Seeks Retail Relationship Director
My name is Gerard, the OASIS Butler. I’m writing you this letter from my small, windowless, office because my employers are looking to hire a Retail Relationship Director to join our growing team here in Los Angeles, CA.
As the Retail Relationship Director you’ll be on the frontlines making sure the brand is looking sharp and running smoothly in-store. Ideally you’ll have sales or retail experience along with an eye for creative.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll contribute to the overall development of OASIS within California for new and existing accounts as we continue to help more customers find the oasis.

Responsibilities and Duties
Builds upon existing relationships acting as a trusted advisor for our retail partners
Evaluates how OASIS is being shelved with our retail partners and presents strategic merchandising solutions to better increase OASIS’ brand visibility in stores
Partners closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand strategies are executed
Evaluates store performance and recommends product offerings, promotional incentives and staff engagement opportunities to stay top of mind with our retail partners
Manages overall account retention and growth by developing strategic business plans with retail partners
Manages CRM and maintains accurate and up-to-date reporting for all retail relationships
Executes in-store events when necessary and finds creative & alternative solutions to boring industry norms
