Regional Sales Manager(Remote)

The  Midwest Regional Sales Manager represents the Justice Cannabis Co. portfolio of products to both retail and wholesale customers.  This position is the face of the business and is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that is consistent with our brand standards and company image.     -Meets & exceeds assigned sales goals, by establishing new relationships & retaining existing customers -Creates and executes a comprehensive territory management plan identifying key accounts, potential customers, sales strategies, and territory goals   -Consistently follows up on all communications and requirements related to setting up and starting new accounts -Qualifies buyers to ensure regulatory compliance and ensures all account information is recorded in the CRM/compliance systems

Responsibilities

Education and Experience -7 or more years of consultative & solution selling skills required in a relationship driven sales environment -Appreciation of and passion for cannabis culture and the wide variety of people within it -Passionate cannavangelist w/ advanced knowledgeable of strains, cannabinoids, terpenes, medicinal & recreational usage

Experience

Must have a minimum of 2 years outside sales experience & cannabis industry experience is preferred Existing relationships with owners and decision makers of licensed retailers and/or connections to buyers in the industry preferred

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with a good driving record are mandatory Ability to travel 75% within assigned territory
