Job description
Essential Functions:
Answer inquiries and provide information to thegeneral public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regardingactivities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, andemployees within the organization.
Job Qualifications:

Operate telephone to answer calls, providing information, taking messages
Perform administrative support tasks
Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
File and maintain records
Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine
Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures
Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
Talking to others to convey information effectively
Teaching others how to do something or about products.
Actively looking for ways to help people.
Managing one's own time and the time of others.

Job Requirements & Preferences:

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must pass a state background check
High School Diploma (or GED or High SchoolEquivalence Certificate) And/Or Minimum of 1-year related experience
Open availability including nights,weekends and all holidays
Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.multiple times per day

Job Setting:

Retail store front immediately working with customers and guests
Continuous mobility through the dispensary daily including but not limited to standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching throughout the shift
