-Create and sustain a shared tracking plan and data dictionary for all product flows
-Contribute and maintain clean and performant data models that allow business users to confidently explore our data
-Build dashboards and reports to drive awareness and understanding of key metrics
-Support Product and Marketing teams with performance insights and optimization recommendations on feature releases, awareness campaigns, A/B testing, etc.
-Thoroughly document work so that context and knowledge can be shared across the organization
-Synthesize data/research findings into compelling and strategic insights that will transform thinking and inform product strategy decisions/roadmaps.
-Lead the creation of deep-dive decks and papers for highly strategic areas and present those findings to executive leadership.
