National Field Sales

Being an Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be required to demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism to both new and existing clients. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current clients. One must be comfortable making phone calls, working closely with Outside Sales Representatives and fellow team members to ensure the brand and the house is protected. Measurement of a successful Inside Sales representative will be in the proper management of each client. This will encompass all facets that contribute to that; order processing, AR, Reports- growth in sales, Forecasting, Team Player mentality, and consistently continuing education to improve oneself and one’s success within the company.

Responsibilities

Company Grow Generation Report Monthly, quarterly, Yearly Sales by Each location Monthly, quarterly, Yearly Growth by each client code and shipping address New store Acquisitions Acquisition sales growth Team Forecast – USA/Canada/International Monthly by sales representative by product and Quantity Add new products for projection Remove discontinued products Order processing Upselling, cross selling, gap selling and promotions Processing returns in a timely manner Accounts Receivables Collections Payment and credit applications Monthly, quarterly, yearly reports Territory growth rate Client growth rate 80/20 Inventory gaps Order frequency Any reports pertaining to client and territory growth management Relationship building with clients by phone and email, Zoom Working with other departments for client retention, satisfaction, growth, and data Work directly with Outside Sales Rep for client growth

Experience

The ideal candidate along with customer service and communication skills and have sales acumen to develop and explain products addressing questions and concerns to make sales. You will need the ability to work with and within the sales team to support goal.

Active problem solving Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to stay calm under pressure and diffuse irate clients Willingness to learn and a coachable attitude Previous sales or customer service experience Ability to foster and maintain client relationships over the phone and email CRM platform experience ERP experience preferred, but not required Excellent written & verbal communication Excellent organizational & time management skills

Education

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree Preferred
