The Marketing Project Manager will lead, develop, manage, and drive a project workflow system for the Marketing Team to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Structure and manage complex, rapidly-moving project workstreams including site assets, email, social, print collateral, packaging, seasonal campaign assets, and partnership initiatives in support of marketing campaigns.
Develop a strong understanding of the creative process and end-to-end contributors required to bring a creative idea to life, collaborating with writers and designers on content, as needed.
Lead regular meetings to communicate project statuses, highlight dependencies, identify any potential bottlenecks, and continuously manage expectations.
Build and execute a new Go-To-Market process with key stakeholders (Design, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Creative, etc.) to ensure efficient and on-time execution of seasonal assortments.
Continually work to improve efficiency in the processes, allowing the business to scale sustainably.

What You Will Need:
3+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally at an agency or in-house marketing department
Experience managing project scope and objectives within creative, digital marketing, retail or consumer-facing initiatives strongly preferred
CPG, Fashion, or Beauty industry experience a plus
Experience leveraging Project Management tools and software; Wrike/Asana a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field a plus
