Oversight of Vangst social media presence Work closely with our VP of Community Partnerships and our CEO to help increase our social media presence across all platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn..etc) Development and execution of social content calendar Work closely with department leaders to ensure that social strategy encompasses departmental needs Determine and implement social media strategy to ensure engagement targets are accomplished Execute social media publishing strategies ensuring that all posts are accurate, punctual, safe, and adhere to regulations. Support with the execution of events, both local and throughout the country Attend trade shows and assist with booth design, booth setup, breakdown, cleanliness, and organization of the booth. Assist with additional marketing support needs, including but not limited to graphic design, events, and marketing administration needs Manage daily social communication, consumer listening and response, sentiment analysis and inquiries. Partner with customer service to respond to all social media questions, comments, and direct messages in a timely and appropriate manner Stay on top of medicinal and recreational cannabis trends to stay competitive in the market

3+ years within a marketing support role Experience leading and managing social media campaigns Graphic design experience is preferred Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Event / trade show support experience is preferred Ability to work within a fast-paced startup Ability to work autonomously as well collaboratively with different leaders within an organization COMPENSATION
