Learn and execute Infinite CAL's established SOPs.
Sample preparation for testing, including but not limited to potency analysis, residual solvent analysis, terpene analysis, heavy metals, pesticide analysis.
Clean and maintain lab and lab equipment, including but not limited to: incubators, laminar flow hood, fume hood, homogenizer, sonicator, microbiology medium prep, and autoclave.
Dispose of analyzed samples and follow proper chemical waste procedures.
Perform good laboratory practices.
Wear proper personal protective equipment at all times [PPE].
Organize supplies.
Perform inventory on already prepped samples.
Personal drive and commitment to upkeep and improvement of Infinite Chemical Analysis Labs LLC.
Prep reruns, re-prepare sample.
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelors of Science in hard science (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
Candidate must be comfortable working with cannabis.
Knowledge and understanding of safe laboratory practices.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ideal candidate will be a creative, analytical problem-solver who can cooperatively and effectively work with colleagues.
Understands and follows verbal and written instructions; works independently in the absence of supervision.
Willingness to learn and grow in the analytical chemistry field.
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) with excellent computer, typing, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, ability and willingness to multi-task, and the ability to prioritize and manage assignments.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
Personal integrity, disciplined work ethic, organization skills, and motivation to work with a sense of urgency.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Previous experience working in the cannabis industry is preferred but not required.
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age, or older as a requirement of the Bureau of Cannabis Control.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Cannot work for any other part of the cannabis industry.
Must be legally allowed to work in the United States of America.
