This position includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Cultivation Manager/Assistant Cultivation Manager and at times managing the following:
Under the direction of the Director of Cultivation, Cultivation Manager(s)/Supervisors you are responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration in your assigned room/area/department You will be responsible for overseeing your Departments assigned processes and capable of performing hands on tasks in the grow/cultivation area Adherence to the IPM schedule set forth by the management team Log all sprays in accordance with local and state laws to remain compliant. Update METRC as needed to remain compliant. Reports all equipment, technical, or workload problems immediately to direct Manager. Works during assigned hours and overtime or weekends when requested Maintains and monitors cultivation environment (cleaning and sanitizing workspaces consumables inventory, media inventory, etc.).

Performs duties as a cultivator per the job description on a daily basis. Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe grow facility Ability to thoroughly control all cultivation equipment in a safe environment Other duties as assigned needed/required to meet goals Scouting of assigned areas for pest/disease pressures and reporting of findings. Be in possession or have the ability to obtain a Certified Pesticide Applicator license. Maintain a positive and encouraging environment. Maintain daily sanitation and organization in assigned areas. Mentor and develop staff for professional and personal growth. Responsible for safety procedures and adherence in area of responsibility. Alert Cultivation Manager of any plants that show poor health and formulate solutions to remediate. Ensure employees are maintaining and donning biosecurity protocols. Manage proper plant upkeep and maintenance. Understand and adhere to all (MRA/LARA) regulations. Maintain daily sanitation and organization in assigned areas. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with Cultivation Manager, Cultivation Agents, and outside professionals.
Associates Degree preferred/ 1-2 years’ experience in similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
