We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Inventory Manager to join our growing company. Your chief goal in this position will be to implement an inventory control system that ensures the accurate monitoring and reporting of our company’s inventory levels. You will be responsible for in-taking inventory, maintaining inventory forecasts, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, performing a daily analysis and making sure accurate inventory reports are available for the sales team.

Can interpret and analyze large amounts of data

Position is 30-35 hours a week.

Utilize the existing inventory tracking system, as well as suggesting and working on improvements to the system, to optimize inventory control procedures.
Conduct biweekly inventory audits.
Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments for management and for the sales team.
Evaluate new inventory to ensure it's ready for shipment.
Ensure products meet BCC requirements.
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
Forecast inventory needs to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.


Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
High School Diploma. College degree a plus.
21 years of age or older.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working independently.
METRC experience and proficiency.
Basic knowledge of product handling and packaging techniques.
Ability to read and interpret procedures and work instructions.
Strong PC skills including the ability to create Excel or Google Sheets models and spreadsheet tools.
Willingness to learn quickly and stay on task.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
