HR Administrator/Office Manager

Coda Signature is an award-winning infused products (edibles, topicals, and concentrates) company that is experiencing rapid growth. The HR Administrator/Office Manager will perform human resource and administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews, and issuing employment contracts. • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department. • Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic employee records. • Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars. • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations. • Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities. • Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications. • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings. • Collate and distribute mail. • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence. • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents. • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Physical Requirements

This position primarily works in an indoor warehouse environment, where the temperature is semi controlled and may fluctuate with the seasons. The noise level fluctuates based off equipment being used and tasks being conducted. Personal protective equipment such as steel toe shoes are required for many duties. This position will also work in close proximity to peers in an open office setting in an assigned cubical. There are cameras throughout the facility for security purposes.

Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.

Education

• Associate’s degree in related field preferred. • Prior related office experience required.
