Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our team. As WYNK's Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing WYNK sales strategy at the store level. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, strategically-minded individual interested in driving top-line growth of a beverage brand that offers consumers a buzz without the hangover.


  • Manage and increase sales revenue month over month in the assigned territory
  • Develop and foster a relationship with strategic state partners to ensure goals and expectations are aligned and met
  • Create and execute business plans to meet sales targets for state and individual markets
  • Develop and manage key account relationships
  • Develop and execute sales training programs with field sales representatives
  • Prepare and present sales information for field sales reps and customers
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing plans with field sales reps
  • Develop and train territory sales representatives by participating in 1 on 1 meetings, In-Store/Field Training, and continued education
  • Lead sales meetings in your market and report findings to the national sales team
  • Conduct sales data analysis and provide weekly sales reports and recommendations to management
  • Manage revenue and distribution targets, and identify opportunities for growth with the current portfolio
  • Attend meetings to discuss trends, data, goals and provide feedback
  • Work alongside finance, HR, marketing, operations, etc.
  • Work with marketing, production, and inventory ensuring proper planning and execution
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure WYNK avoids out of stocks
  • Attend industry events including but not limited to WYNK events
  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively

  • To be successful in this role, candidates must have experience leading a successful sales team, proven leadership, and sales experience
  • 3+ years sales experience in CPG, cannabis, spirits/wine/beer required
  • People management required
  • Engaging, persuasive, and approachable personality
  • Ability to attain state badge for marijuana program
  • Experience and deep understanding of CPG sales
  • People management required
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with new category or innovation brands is a plus


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
