We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The Executive Assistant to the Vangst ELT is responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior leadership and managing the organization’s office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


• Manage executives’ business & personal calendars • Attention to detail and quick responses required • Schedule meetings and appointments • Make travel and accommodation arrangements • Organize and manage travel and logistics for team events • Be flexible and okay with constant change (and a bit of chaos)• Manage travel arrangement for team for tradeshows • Take notes during meetings and send follow -up summaries to help stay organized and meet deadlines • Take ownership of company swag, gifts, etc. • Manage office and all office logistics • Order office furniture, snacks, etc. • Support team access cards in the office • Manage visitor and visitor access cards • Be actively involved in new hire onboarding including order laptops and other new hire logistics to ensure new hires have a successful start to their new job• Be available to contribute to various projects in the company

Who Should Apply • You have a “green -heart” for the cannabis industry• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience at a fast -growing startup• Start -up hustle and mentality is a must.
