• Manage executives’ business & personal calendars • Attention to detail and quick responses required • Schedule meetings and appointments • Make travel and accommodation arrangements • Organize and manage travel and logistics for team events • Be flexible and okay with constant change (and a bit of chaos)• Manage travel arrangement for team for tradeshows • Take notes during meetings and send follow -up summaries to help stay organized and meet deadlines • Take ownership of company swag, gifts, etc. • Manage office and all office logistics • Order office furniture, snacks, etc. • Support team access cards in the office • Manage visitor and visitor access cards • Be actively involved in new hire onboarding including order laptops and other new hire logistics to ensure new hires have a successful start to their new job• Be available to contribute to various projects in the company
