Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive and/or other assigned leadership staff.
Exercises frequent independent judgment within agreed-upon limits.
Performs office duties including maintaining email accounts of the executive while maintaining the confidentiality and preparing monthly expense reports for executives via Expensify.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff while maintaining confidentiality.
Receives incoming communication on behalf of the executive, reviews contents to determine importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
Schedules and/or attends meetings on behalf of the executive, occasionally taking notes and recording minutes.
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

At least 3-5 years of related experience working with executive-level individuals
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
