This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Background in commercial electrical design and engineering. 10-15+ years of successful, hands-on design/ engineering experience in the commercial electrical markets. Strong technical aptitude; Experience with AutoCAD and Revit design programs. Experience developing and maintaining protocols, standards, and processes for improved efficiency Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; ability to handle competing priorities; Solutions oriented. Active participation in team activities as part of a project management culture that fosters task commitments, ownership, and regular metrics status reporting. Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal presence. Positive and professional communication and customer-oriented service skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering Degree is a plus but not required. Licensure as a professional engineer (PE) is a plus but not required.
