• Perform general office work, such as filing, recordkeeping, and correspondence • In coordination with the HR Director, Implement HR policies and programs in support of Terps initiatives • Oversight of all dispensary agents and the execution of their roles • In conjunction with onsite Security, observe and attend to health, welfare and safety concerns within the dispensary • Manage all cash handling and reconciliation within the dispensary including accurate cash deposits and financial reporting. Ensure cash outs, bank records, and deposits are accurate and executed according to Terps policies and procedures • Monitor all sales, inventory, and personnel data and send daily reports to the Executive team • Assist the sales team with customer service on the sales floor when necessary. Observe and coach the sales staff on sales tactics and customer engagement • Work with the VP of Retail Operations to oversee the hiring, discipline, termination and advancement of dispensary agents • Ensure local and Massachusetts compliance throughout operations; assist with CCC state inspections
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with the Inventory Director to create and adhere to a schedule for ongoing inventory audits and reconciliations • Create a culture of compliance as it pertains to state and company regulations; work with the VP of Retail Operations to meet all regulatory requirements and correct all violations with a sense of urgency and thoughtfulness • Implement and maintain all standard operating procedures developed by Terps Executive Management • Administer initial and ongoing CCC-required and Terps training mechanisms to all dispensary agents and document them • Prepare need-based weekly schedules for dispensary employees • Monitor, manage, and report time-clock, attendance, and time-off requests • Manage facility, equipment, and IT maintenance • Update the in-store and digital product menus on a daily basis • Assist with development of sales goals, create initiatives to meet or exceed sales goals • Become a subject matter expert in Metrc and selected Point Of Sale

Salary Range - 55k-75k/yr Based on Experience
