Direct Sales Associate

As the public face of the company, the Direct Sales Associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services our company offers. Our ideal sales associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies. The Direct Sales Associate will travel to our potential clients within the state of Oklahoma to build a sales relationship with dispensaries in the area.

To be successful as a direct sales representative, you should demonstrate strong negotiation skills and convince customers to purchase company products. Ultimately, a top-performing direct sales representative should achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that purchased products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.


Traveling to and meeting potential customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Achieving established customer relationship goals. Superior product knowledge. Maintaining an exceptional and orderly appearance while meeting our potential clients. Introducing promotions and opportunities to clients. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales associate, a positive attitude, and an understanding of developing client relationships. We would also like our idea candidate to possess the following:

Retail or other sales experience. An exceptional professional appearance. A welcoming approachability that our potential customers can easily talk to. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ability to travel to client sites. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.


An Associate’s degree or high school diploma.
