Lume. Cannabis Co. is seeking reliable Delivery Specialist to distribute products promptly to our customers who will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. The Delivery Specialist must pass a preliminary background check and a level two background check. A company vehicle will be provided.
The Responsibilities

Transport product between Lume. Cannabis Co. facilities and customer residence
Load and unload vehicles at the destination; prepare transportation manifests and ensure that all appropriate signatures are obtained in a timely manner
Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries, ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner
Meet/exceed delivery targets and be detailed to ensure accuracy of items being delivered
Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures, following DOT regulations and safety standards
Stay up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer service
Educate patients about a variety of cannabis products including flower, edibles, and concentrates, providing information on cannabis products based on patient needs/requests
Advising patients on proper safety measures to follow when consuming cannabis
Maintain and use completely and accurately (POS) and METRC systems for all in-store, online, and phone orders
Handle completely and accurately cash and discount application
Verify proper ID of all customers, maintain and keep confidential all patient records and documentation
Practice safe driving and cash handling
Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints
Complete daily logs and necessary reports

Drive repeat business through strong local grass roots networking, customer data capture and our loyalty program
Execute high customer experience standards, to include culture and industry leading customer engagement through strong sales techniques and product knowledge

The Qualifications

Minimum 23 years of age – required by law
Minimum two years’ experience with customer service in retail
2 years relevant driving/delivery experience
A clean driving record and able to pass MVR Driver Background Check and maintain clean driving record throughout employment. Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
Valid Chauffer License preferred
Car insurance in your name that is state compliant
High school degree or GED
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment
Previous retail cannabis experience strongly preferred
Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer
