Create and oversee our new customer service call center team
Build relationships with customers and team members
Provide excellent customer service to customers calling
Oversee scheduling and call times
Be able to provide expert recommendations in a timely manner
Able to provide reliable metrics on call volume and benefits to the caller
Educate team in customer service
Available shifts: We have available shifts all days of the week.
