Job description
Our company requires the Budtender to assume the role in assisting and educating people in finding the best options for their needs and ensuring patrons are receiving the best care possible. The Budtender will be responsible for demonstrating efficient work methods, educating people on products and dosing, intake and verification, operating a POS system, and cashing out patrons while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for people to access products. The role is a complex one. They will go through an extensive training to ensure they are qualified to make accurate recommendations to each person they help.
Summary of essential job functions

Administer the best level of care and service to our patrons

Organize workflow and have understanding of duties or delegated tasks

Advanced product knowledge

Cash handling

Manage time efficiently and effectively

Monitory inventory levels, asses product needs and communicate them to the proper people

POS operations including creating new orders, adjusting open orders, adding items, discounts, applying loyalty points, voiding items, cashing out orders and reprinting receipts

Pass on information to upper manage from patrons and vice versa

Stay current on laws and city ordinances

Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures

Communicate effectively with management and employees

Work with others to create a positive environment to best serve our patrons

Transportation and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
