Role and Responsibilities:

Budtenders are accountable for all POS transactions and for creating a memorable experience with each patient during your scheduled shift
Maintain proper stock levels, flow of patients, and cleanliness of your workstation
Follow all guidelines to meet the company's standards of operations and maintain compliance
Create and promote brand loyalty with each patient
Create a positive work environment, up- sell
Accurately weigh, package, and label each product sold
Cover other positions as needed
Ability to resolve problems effectively and within compliance standards

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Valid Support badge from MED
1-year customer service experience
Basic math skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Point of Sale experience a must

Preferred Skills:
Prior MMJ experience
Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Ability to work 7 days per week including holidays, days, nights, and weekends
Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a work day
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:
Exposure to pollen, allergens, and chemical pesticides in the grow facility or greenhouse
General office environment
Extended computer usage
Extended phone usage including teleconferences
Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, extreme heat temperatures, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, noise, protective gear, vibrations, and water
