Job description
The Budtender will assist in setup, packaging and sales to patients for all marijuana inventory merchandise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A successful candidate must be able to perform all duties satisfactorily

Greets and interacts with customers.
Maintain high standards and follow all Company SOPS.
Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
Answers customer’s questions about merchandise and offers a positive and welcoming experience.
Accurately complete preparatory work, inventory processes, transfers and sales.
Regular and thorough cleaning of equipment and general work areas.
Remain well educated on all products and methods of use and assists customers with purchase decisions.
Assist in receiving, inventory management and stocking.
Complete proper documentation and tracking of all activities necessary to be in accordance with all Company, State and local requirements.
Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
Follow all MED rules and regulations and accurate data entry into METRC system.
Performs other duties as assigned.

License and Certifications Required:

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid State driver’s license
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Colorado Support Employee License
Must meet all the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Divisions requirements.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail experience preferred.
On-the-job training provided.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending, kneeling and walking throughout the retail space.
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.
