Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

We are looking for a well-rounded Account Representative to contribute to our sales team. The Account Representative is an integral member of the TGIG team by representing our brands; Vert, Vapure, and Yummies. Some key tasks include product sales, client relationship building, organizing in store pop-up events, product deliveries, outbound communication with dispensary management teams, and administrative tasks. A successful Account Representative must have self-confidence, established and proven sales skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to follow detailed directions.


• Gain and maintain detailed product knowledge on all TGIG products to successfully represent the product line to dispensary buyers

• Communicate with in-house and third-party dispensary purchasing teams to generate sales • Provide retail display and product placement support to dispensary partners

• Coordinate, setup, and break-down representation at dispensary pop-up events and cannabis industry events

• Attend industry events, sponsorships, and customer engagement opportunities

• Deliver compliant and accurate product orders to southern Nevada dispensaries and coordinate deliveries to outlying dispensaries

• Communicate clearly with the order fulfillment and packaging team to ensure accurate and seamless order

• Report to upper management on sales, meetings, planned events, dispensary issues, etc.

• Perform other duties as upper management deems critical to the success of the Account Representative role

Physical Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of working in a sales environment

• Experience working in a fast-paced working environment while successfully meeting goals set by management

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills is a must

• Organizational skills and ability to multitask for most efficient time management required

• Conducting yourself with the utmost professionalism, with ethical behavior and always with conduct becoming to the company

• Ability to work independently with moderate day-to-day supervision

• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Google Drive

• Ability to obtain a Nevada Marijuana Agent Card

• Open and flexible availability

• At least 21 years old

• Reliable transportation available at all times

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
