Job description
Opportunity to work for fast paced start-up with a mission to elevate Oregon communities through cannabis education, consumer consciousness and innovation. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.
Receive/Process/Pay Invoices

Create Payment Applications & Receipt Applications
Make QuickBooks Journal entries
Maintain bookkeeping records and communication with Finance management
Cash management: counting and reconciling
Write checks/make payments as needed for vendors, monthly bills, etc.
Report expenses by project upon month end
Assist in monthly reporting and reconciliations


Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented
Responsible and trustworthy
