We are seeking a hard-working and self-motivated Account Manager to join our sales team. The Account Manager (AM) will receive an existing, high-profile accounts list and is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with those retail partners. AM must be highly versed in all product categories, prices, and inventory availability for a streamlined sales experience.
The Account Manager must be comfortable taking orders, crafting emails, hosting in-person meetings, setting up and tending to booths, maintaining consistent internal communications, entertaining clients, putting in windshield time, and hitting a minimum number of customer interactions.
The Account Manager must educate, incentivize, and create a rapport with budtenders and purchasing managers for the purpose of building strong brand recognition and familiarity with our retail partners.

Job Duties

Responsible for maintaining sales of all product lines by regularly processing purchase orders
Consistently following up with retailers after trade sample drops, deliveries, swag drops, etc. to ensure customer satisfaction
Schedule and host vendor days to help strengthen brand recognition and educate retail partners
Account Manager will have access to trade samples and will stay properly supplied with literature and swag
Responsible for keeping customer up to date with any changes to their order (late delivery, purchasing issues etc.)
Always maintain a clean and professional work appearance
Effectively collaborate with other sales team members to help provide an efficient, productive, and innovative work environment
Report any disputes to manager/HR
Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements

Experience and Requirements

2 years B2B sales experience in any industry or
1 year of B2B cannabis experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Based in territory, preferably around Portland city center
Must have a driver's license, a registered and reliable vehicle, and valid vehicle insurance
Must possess or have ability to receive OLCC worker permit
Background check will be run for potential candidates
Must have clean driving records (No DUI’s, DWI’s)
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation
$20,000 base salary + 2.5% commission on revenue
Inheriting $90,000-$130,000/month in existing sales
