Job description
The Budtender role is an imperative and important role for the company and all hands involved. Duties Include:
You are expected to open and close the locations
Be on time for shift and breaks
Open and flexible schedule; On time Your attendance is required for the position.
Cleaning and organizing
Visual merchandising
Stocking
Filling jars
Rolling joints
Checking for quality control
Customer service/Team service 100% positive
Audits Implementing and ensuring accuracy and reconciliation
Being aware of goals and meeting them!
Daily paperwork for recording purposes and how to use the tool
Training and assisting in on-boarding
Cash Handling and Accountability
Product Handling
Strong attention to detail
Team player mentality/ Team Leader; Motivate and lead team to complete tasks.
Communication Skills /Continued education (product knowledge and MED rules and regulations)*

Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with employee schedules and assist with managing employee work hours and vacation requests

Assist with the conduction of training of all new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees when needed.


Report training and coaching needs to ASM and GM.

Motivate and work together with employees to meet and exceed sales goals

Inform employee of new updates and general developments in the company

Accurately perform daily inventory management, tracking active product and back-stock, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained and ordering products to replenish stock

Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager by monitoring the activities of the store employees to maximize efficiency, minimize errors and respond to customer’s needs in a timely fashion

Accountable for accurately monitoring and reporting sales, transfers, etc. to METRC

Implement and oversee compliance regulations set forth by Colorado MED

Assist State and Local government auditors, inspectors and law enforcement with inventory, sales and compliance audits.

Assist with internal sales and inventory audits

Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager


Communication to Management, Use of email and Drive to update and record proper information needed. This should be checked every shift.


Overall, responsible for overseeing store operations and all aspects that go with daily operations and functioning when on shift.
